In September 2005, Delaware Consulting established its first office abroad, in the Chinese city of Suzhou, close to Shanghai. Our customers are Belgian companies that are active in the Chinese market as well as local enterprises. Harbin Kepler Delaware Software Development

To serve our customers in the Chinese market even better, Delaware Consulting has recently launched a second office in China: Harbin Kepler Delaware Software Development. The new company, set up in December 2006, is a joint venture with our Romanian partner Kepler-Rominfo.

By joining forces we can now provide our customers with a broad range of tailored IT development services at highly competitive rates. The joint venture has strong competencies in four main areas: Java, .Net, AS400 and SAP NetWeaver.

Founded in August 2005, Harbin Kepler Delaware Software currently employs some 25 highly qualified IT engineers. The business is growing rapidly.

After years of activities in the US to assist Belgian customers with their American SAP projects, Delaware Consulting opened its First US Office in Georgia on January 1st, 2007 to provide a better service to the existing customer base and to bring 12 years of SAP experience to the American SAP market.

This US office fully fits into the vision of Delaware Consulting to expand its basis in view of its customers’ increasing trend of globalization and delocalization.

Luxembourg

Delaware Consulting keeps pushing back borders. The offices in the US and China have recently been expanded with a branch in Luxembourg: e-Kenz. The new company, with its roots in the IT department of Groupe Eurobéton, markets itself as an IT service provider for mid-sized companies, with deep expertise in SAP software. The concept is quite innovative: by offering IT services – ranging from analysis and implementation through to the real management of the solution - as SaaS (Software-as-a-Service), customers can benefit from state-of-the-art SAP solutions without having to make major investments in hardware and/or people.

e-Kenz, holding office at Contern, was immediately awarded the title of SAP Silver Channel Partner Belux and is working for Groupe Eurobéton, among others. It is headed by Amal Choury, former CIO of Groupe Eurobéton. She is, together with LBO Investments and Delaware Consulting, the co-founder of the new IT service provider.
