History

1981
      Establishment of Delaware Computing, a computer services company.

1989
      Bekaert acquires Delaware. The company grows to be a full-fledged Belgian
      IT services provider.

1999
      Sale of Delaware Computing Group to Arthur Andersen (professional services)
      and HP (infrastructure).

2002
      Arthur Andersen becomes Deloitte & Touche.

2003
      After a management buy-out, Luc Van Aelbroeck, Jan Delaere and
      Peter Oyserman start up the present Delaware Consulting as an independent
      consulting partnership with 124 consultants.

2005
      Opening of the first office abroad: Suzhou, China.

2006
      Opening of the second Belgian branch in Antwerp. The company now
      employs some 180 people.
      Opening of the second office in China: Harbin Kepler Delaware
      Software Development starts as offshore software factory.

2007
      Wouter Fransoo becomes the 4th Delaware Consulting partner.
      Opening of the first office in the United States in Atlanta.

2008
      Start of e-Kenz in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, with Amal Choury
      as local partner.
      Delaware Consulting now counts some 350 professionals.
      Start of Delaware Information Solutions, with Patrick Andersen and
      Wim Van Eyken as partners.

2009
      Jan Vets becomes the 5th Delaware Consulting partner in Belgium.
      Dutch SAP partner XAPlogistics becomes Delaware Consulting BV.
      Arie van der Veer and Jacko Obels are the local partners.
      Opening of a new office in France, Lyon, with local partners Patrick Dassaud,
      Didier Galland and Jean-Philippe Lasbroas.
      Set up of Delaware Consulting International as parent company for
      the different local entities.

2010
      Toon Vermeersch becomes the 6th Delaware Consulting partner in Belgium.
